Your role in education of child gains more importance with the holiday of schools. Your child’s learning process is permanent developing subject so parents’  behaviours in this period is important.

During school period,  the children gain new skills with the activities that they learnt in the school. School period is very important for development of children but also family has vital importance for the development of children like this period. Your role increases with the holiday of schools. The learning period of the children continues in the holiday so you have to evaluate this period.

You should preserve your parents role by having qualified time with your child by contributing  his/her development. You should change your common living places to teaching areas without going at. You can investigate the hidden informations around you. For an example, while you are in the kitchen, you can play games to develop his/her concept and muscle skills. Count the needed materials which is needed to cook your meal. Put your materials on the table and group the materials according to their  features. You can ask questions as which colour or which shape. While you are cooking you can explain by using the concepts ‘before’, ‘after’ for teaching the concepts and teach how to organize a duty.

Children like to play in the kithchen but also they like to play with water and creating stories. You can combine these two activities. After every bath, you can create new stories with the fume on the mirror. This will help him/her to develop his/her language development and imagination.

For  most parents especially for working ones weekends are most important periods for house requirements. You can change this period to joyful time with your children. To develop your children’s  location concept, you can tell your children where you will go. Want him to remind you which direction you will go and which districts you will pass. Tell him/her to tell what s/he sees around him/her.

Do not forget that every activity that you will perform together will support his/her emotional development and will support smiling on your children’s face.

GRAPE JUICE: is duratic. And also it protects the elasticity of skin and strengthens the memory.

BLUE BERRY JUICE: is good for diabetics.

 ORANGE JUICE: strenthens blood veins and adviced for the health of lungs.

APPLE JUICE: is good for kidney and lungs.

BERRY JUICE: is good for rheumatism and varicosis. It strengthens the veins.

Do not eliminate fruits and vegetables from your daily menu. Besides this, do not forget to drink water for your body health.

The process which parents use in order to teach an act or a rule to child is called setting limits. Family, society and cultural rules are told in tis way. All parents perform this but actions change according to families. Some of them use punishment methods and some of them do not. Some of them give clear messages, watch reactions of child and intermeddle in efficient way.

The ways about giving messages differs but all of us use the same tools to give our mesage: Words and behaviours. Both of them tell what the rules are. For an example if you tell your child to clean his room before he plays game but if your words and behaviours does not fit and your child begins to play game without cleaning and finally if the mother cleans his room the child got confused about the message that you wanted to give.Your words say ‘Clean yor room’ and your behaviours say ‘It is doesnot matter if you do not clean your room, I will do it.’ So, what is the exact rule? The answer is vague. And if you were the child who wanted to play game a lot which one would you prefer as a rule?

Most of the parents give wrong messages to their children. Children have to take net and clear messages about your rules and expectations in order to show the correct behaviours and this is related with our attitudes.

Children want to know the rules of the enviroment that they live. They want to know what are the expectations from him, who has the control and what would happen if they pass the limits. Limits make children to understand either themselves or the environment. This give the opportunity to discover and learn.

The attitudes of parents are generally grouped as: – rigid rules

– easy rules

The important thing is to support the rules with he attitudes. For an example:

-Turn down the volume of  TV

– OK mummy. (But he did not do it.)

After a time,

– Turn down the volume of TV

-OK mummy.  (But he did not do it)

The mummy comes, shouts at him and close the door in order not to hear the sound of TV. Here, the child gets the mesage of he could do whatever he wants as long as he listens his mother’s shoutings. The correct way should be:

– Turn down the volume of TV

– OK Mummy

After a while,

– Will you  turn down the volume of TV or I will turn off the TV

Children will do what his mummy wanted from him. You have to give clear message and your attitudes should support your words. The only way to set limits is to perform consistent practice with your words and attitudes.

MEAT SAUTE WITH CORN

 INGREDIENTS:

Per serving: 4 people

  • 500gr. beefsteak
  • 3 water glass of corn
  • 2 fresh onion
  • 1 mexican cruet
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of  coriander

 For Pilaf: 

  • 2 water glass of rice
  • 3 water glass of water
  • 3 table spoon of soft butter
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the butter and cook the beefsteak on high temperature. Add corn, fresh onion, garlic and mexican cruet and cook 2-3 minutes more. Put sugar and soy sauce. Add coriander.  For cooking pilaf, add warm water on rice and on the other hand melt soft butter and put the rice after draining the rice in the butter. Add salt and warm water. Reduce heat to very low when it boils. After cooking the pilaf serve it with beefsteak. Have a good appetite.

According to experts laughing is the power inside us. There is a magical power in laughing. It is medicine for many diseases espsecially for cancer. Doctors recommend watching comic videos and films for cancer patients.

Studies proved that laughing causes secretion of endorphin in the brain which posts signals to nervous system. Related to this stress hormon in the brain decreases and human relaxes.More oxygen is taken to blood by laughing. First heartbeat are accelareted and  blood pressure increases and then blood pressure declines. According to experts this is called as natural massage which gained elasticity to digestive system. While person is laughing, the excreting of Lyzozom enzyme increases in the eyes and spit which is the main element of immune system. Thus we can say that laughing is the best medicine.

According to Dr. Michael Miller person excretes chemicals while laughing which relaxes the muscles. To protect your heart healh it is important to laugh, exercise, take one aspirin a day , not smoking and staying far away from stress. Anger and stress are vital enemies of hearth and heartfelt laugh at least once a day is recommended.

Laughing is the common language among people but laughing differs in every person like fingerprints. While men are laughing diaphram trembles 280 times and while women laughing diaphram trembles 500 times. People relax by depleting neural energy. Darwin pointed out that during his visits he realized that laughing is the unique communication tool which is universal. It is indication of acceptance.

Finally, we can conclude as not only for phsical health but also for psychological health laughin is important. Do not forget it is very beneficial and free. It is one of the important thing that you can perform for your own benefit.
