<p>Trauma factors are defined as any situation that is a threat to life. These include life-threatening accidents, being involved in military combat, being abducted or witnessing an abduction, experiencing a natural disaster, being diagnosed with a life-threatening disease or being physically or emotionally abused. Although the symptoms that occur after a traumatic situation are not permanent, they can result in diseases that require treatment.</p>
<p>In particular, reliving similar traumatic situations more than once, trying to escape from situations that remind the individual of the trauma, continually visualising the trauma through dreams and flashbacks can all occur. These occur due to acute stress or post-traumatic stress disorder. Acute stress and post-traumatic stress disorders are treated by psychiatric specialists.</p>
<h2><strong>What must be done to prevent these disorders?</strong></h2>
<p>It is firstly necessary to understand the symptoms that a traumatic situation will cause. The first symptoms after experiencing trauma are surprise and the inability to accept the situation. Subsequently, feelings of fear, despair, anger, guilt, unhappiness, and remorse set in alongside a feeling of hope and relief due to the danger being over. Sleep deficiency, tiredness, nightmares, loss of memory and concentration, headaches, loss of appetite and motivation, back pain and heart palpitations may also accompany these symptoms.</p>
<p>The same trauma does not cause the same symptoms in everyone. Furthermore, even if the trauma is destructive, it does not cause situations that require clinical treatment in the majority of people. Certain individuals will struggle more, especially those who have experienced significant trauma in their childhood years, those who have certain personality disorders, who do not have good familial and friendship support, who have had considerable stress in their recent past, who consume too much alcohol, or are more susceptible to clinical diseases.</p>
<h2><strong>What must be done in the case of trauma?</strong></h2>
<p>Firstly, give it some time. It may take weeks or even months to understand, accept and learn to live with what has happened. Try to evaluate what is going on. Instead of thinking about what could have happened, try to evaluate what has happened and how you can prevent it next time. Contact others that have experienced similar trauma. It will be useful to get together with others that have been through similar situations and exchange life stories. This is why it is useful to create support groups and charities. Cry. Do not avoid expressing emotions. If needed, then cry Call for help and support. It may be useful to talk about and discuss the situation. It is important to get support from family and friends.</p>
<p>Spare time for yourself. You may sometimes want to be alone or spend some time with certain people. It may be useful to limit your other duties and spare time for yourself. Talk about the topic. You may want to talk about the topic from time to time. This will comfort you. Sometimes, talking about the topic can increase the emotions of sadness and result in crying. Do not shy away from this.</p>
<p>Return to your normal life. Return to your normal life as quickly as possible. Eat regular meals even if you do not have an appetite. Return to your previous exercise and sport activities even if you may struggle to do so. Try to return to your normal activities with friends. Apart from the time that you spend talking to support groups, try to return to your normal activities and enjoy time with your friends, spare time for life. Manage your time well. The confusion of the trauma may have turned your whole life upside down. It will be useful to plan and manage your time well. Try to use all possible support factors. Try to use all available support groups including friends, relatives, family, social aid and try not to remain alone.</p>
<p>Do physical exercises. Exercises such as running, bike riding, walking going to the gym etc. may be helpful. Relaxing exercises. Do relaxing exercises such as stretching, breathing, yoga and go for a massage. Art activities. Join musical and artistic activities. Do not let the mixed emotions worry you. Trying to lock up the emotions will cause them to build up and make it more difficult to overcome in the future. Avoid using substances such as alcohol or drugs to deal with your problems and worries. Due to the fact that we often make inappropriate decisions because of our emotional state at this time, do not make life-changing decisions. Postpone them.</p>

However, when the weather starts to cool down, our hands start to dry up, causing chapping and even bleeding. Hand eczema, which is an allergic reaction seen<br>in both adults and children, is a disease that can both be treated and prevented with simple precautions.</p>
<p><strong>What is eczema and hand eczema?</strong><br>Eczema is an itchy skin disease that causes redness, scaling, and blisters. Hand eczema is where the eczema forms in the palms, fingers and/or the back of the hand. It<br>causes dryness, redness, peeling, sweating, irritation and sometimes pain</p>
<p><strong>What causes hand eczema?</strong><br>When hands are subjected to water, cold, dry air, cleaning materials containing irritants, chemical substances, plastic gloves and soil, they can become irritated.</p>
<p>The skin reacts to this irritation in the form of redness, blisters, itching and pain. Chronic hand eczema due to repetitive and long-term eczema can cause calluses, chapping and bleeding.</p>
<p><strong>What are the symptoms of hand eczema?</strong><br>In the first stages (acute), eczema causes redness, blistering, sweating and scabbing that results in flaking. During the subacute phase (after the acute phase), slight redness, flaking and scabbing occurs. During the advanced (chronic) phase, the skin on the hands thickens, flaking worsens and slits occur on the hands.</p>
<p><strong>In which cases and for who is eczema more common?</strong><br>This disease is more commonly seen in women. Additionally, children and adults who are genetically susceptible to allergies may have this disease. Occupations that require constant contact with irritant substances and allergens can increase the risk of this disease.</p>
<p>This includes cleaners, health personnel, hairdressers, laundry workers, metal workers, those who work in the food industry, car mechanics, builders, typographers, painters etc. Hand eczema is also common in housewives that are often in contact with water, soap and detergents. Hand eczema is common in those who have painting, drawing, crafts, or gardening as their hobby. In recent years, there have been scientific publications that have shown that &#8220;slime&#8221; has become a popular choice of toy for children, which also causes hand eczema.</p>
<p><strong>How is hand eczema diagnosed?</strong><br>Hand eczema can be diagnosed upon examination. In some cases, in order to distinguish it from other diseases, a fungi inspection and hand skin biopsy may be needed. A patch test can be conducted to determine the cause of hand eczemas that are thought to be allergic.</p>
<p><strong>How is hand eczema treated?</strong><br>he firstly determined and the patient must avoid contact To treat this disease, the causes of the hand eczema must with these factors as much as possible. The substances that the patient is in contact with on a daily basis must he determined. If the cause is thought to be allergic in nature then the allergens must be determined with a patch test.</p>
<p>The hands must not come into contact with soap and water for long periods of time-they must not be washed frequently. The pH value of the soaps that the patient uses must be suitable for the skin&#8217;s pH and they must also not contain perfume or colorants. The patient&#8217;s hands must not touch water that is either too cold or too hot &#8211; they must<br>use warm water. Before washing their hands, the patient must remove their rings. The irritants that collect under the rings can cause the eczema to flare up.</p>
<p>Hands must be moisturised often with a moisturiser that does not contain allergens or irritants in order to protect the skin. Barrier creams reduce the loss of moisture and<br>the possibility of getting hand eczema by helping to protect the skin. It is suitable to moisturise the hands after they have been washed and fully dried.</p>
<p>In cases where the patient has to be in contact with water, detergents and other irritants, cotton &#8220;eczema gloves&#8221; must be worn under a plastic glove. The gloves must not be worn for long periods of time due to the fact that they will cause perspiration. Powdered gloves must be avoided. Direct contact with acidic foods such as tomatoes, oranges and lemons must be avoided. The patient&#8217;s hands must not touch water that is either too cold or too hot, they must use warm water.</p>

<p>The medical treatment consists of topical cortisone creams/pomades that are recommended by a doctor and accompanying moisturisers. Topical antibiotic<br>creams/pomades can be advised for some cases. Thinning creams can be added to the treatment for cases where the skin has thickened. Medicine containing cortisone can be<br>used in cases where the eczema is severe, where cortisone vials can be inserted intramuscularly or injected through the veins. In cases where these treatments do not work, pimecrolimus, cyclosporin, methotrexate, phototherapy and alitretinoin treatments can be applied. The period of treatment depends on the severity of the disease, how far it has spread and how long the patient has had this disease. When subjected to substances that are triggers, the hand eczema can reoccur. In such cases the patient must be examined by a doctor once more and their treatment must be readjusted.</p>

<p>     Blender parsley, lemon juice, and water. Drink it before breakfast for 15 days. Have a break for five days and repeat it for 15 days more. Do this cure fresh and consume it at the same time.</p>



<p>   <strong> Another recipe for fatty liver sydrome;</strong></p>



<p>1 cup of water</p>



<p>2 soup spoons of lavender</p>



<p>     Boil the water and add the lavender. Boil them for 8 minutes. Drink it every night. This cure is very good for hyper fatty liver syndrome.</p>



<p>     Parsley cleans the kidney. It prevents oedema and helps loosing weight. It controls diabetes and it is good for skin.</p>



<p>     Lavender cures insomnia and depression. It is good for a headache and toothache. And also it is good for skin and hair care.</p>

<p>    <strong>ELIXIR FOR CHOLESTEROL AND HEART VEINS:</strong></p>



<p> 350 gr. garlic</p>



<p>300 gr. absolute alcohol</p>



<p>     Crush garlic but not do it with metal and do not add salt. Put the garlic in absolute alcohol and wait for 11 days at room temperature and dark place. Then, filter it by lady&#8217;s stocking. Wait for 3 days more. Add a drop of this mixture to 1/2 Turkish coffee cup of milk and drink in the morning. Add two drops of this mixture to 1/2 Turkish coffee cup of milk and drink it at noon and add three drops of this mixture to 1/2 Turkish coffee cup of milk and drink it at night. </p>

<p><strong>      1-</strong> Feel the power of calcium. <strong>Calcium</strong> is one of the most important mineral during pregnancy.<strong> </strong>Milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, green vegetables, pectin are full of calcium which is stored approximately 30gr. on baby. Pregnant woman should take 1300mg  calcium per day.</p>
<p><strong>     2</strong>&#8211; Do not omit <strong>zinc</strong>. Zinc is important for growing of baby. In the summer mother candidates need 15 mg. zinc per a day. Meat, sea food, milk, milk products and egg are rich from zinc.</p>
<p><strong>     3-Iodine</strong> is necessary for pregnant women and seafoods and salt enriched with  iodine are important sources. Lack of iodine causes goitre and mental disabilities in babies.</p>
<p><strong>     4- Omega3</strong> is very important for development of nervous system and development of brain. Fish and sea foods, milk which is enrinched by Omega3, nuts, walnut and green vegetables are necessary for pregnant woman&#8217; s menu.</p>
<p><strong>     5-</strong> Increase drinking of <strong>water.</strong> Drink water approximately 1,5-2 liters per a day. Instead of drinking coffee, tea alcohol drink water in order to have healthy contribution to your nutrition.</p>
<p>For your daily menu:</p>
<p>&#8211; Consume milk, yogurt,cheese</p>
<p>&#8211; Eat an egg every day. Eat a porsion of vegetable with meat</p>
<p>-Eat fresh vegetables and fruits regularly.</p>
<p>&#8211; If you do not want to eat meat, you can eat pectin, green lentils, dried vegetables, nuts, wallnut.</p>
<p>&#8211; Do not drink tea with meals, Drink tea 1-2 hours later after meals in order not to cause declining of iron in your blood.</p>
<p>&#8211; Do not smoke or do not drink alcohol.</p>
<p>Exercises are important during pregnancy. Plates, swimming,walking could be performed during pregnancy.Perform your execises 15-20 minutes per a day. If you do not have problem you can continue doing your exercise upto 36th week of your pregnancy. If you feel any pain consult your doctor. Do not exercise if it is too hot. During exercising intake oxygen increases so baby will receive more oxygen which is very important for the development of baby. Exercising is useful for charley horse and knobs and constipation. <p>    Boil fresh mint, sweet marjoram, and garlic. Grate fresh ginger and add it to them. Boil all of them for 3-4 minutes. Wait for a night. In the morning boil them again. Filter it. Add honey. Keep it in a glass jar. Eat a soup spoon of it every morning before breakfast. If your thyroid does not work, you can do this cure. If your <strong>thyroid works, do not do this.</strong> People whose thyroid do not work can drink sweet marjoram tea.</p>



<p>    This cure is very effective for your immune system. Do this cure for a month. After a week repeat this cure again. </p>



<p><strong>CURE FOR SMOKERS:</strong></p>



<p>100 gr. of ginger</p>



<p>100 gr. of honey</p>



<p>100 gr. of artichoke leaves</p>



<p>100 gr. of dead nettle.</p>



<p>    Mix ginger, artichoke leaves, dead nettle, and honey. Eat a dessert spoon of it every day. </p>



<p>   Ginger is also good for nausea, influenza, digestion problems, prevent cancer, developing the brain, and protecting the liver.</p>

<p>    Cut fresh mint, parsley, and rosemary into small pieces. Put them in a glass jar. Add Apple vinegar. Put it under sunshine for 3-4 weeks. Consume  1 soup spoon of it after meals for two months long. </p>



<p>      Parsley is also used against inflammation. Rosemary strengthens memory and the immune system. It also fights against breast cancer. </p>

<p>           A coronavirus is a virus that is common among animals. Rarely, scientists state that coronavirus is zoonotic. According to the American Disease Control and Prevention Center, Zoonotic expression means that viruses infect from animals to humans. </p>



<p>        <strong> What are the symptoms of this disease?</strong>  Nasal flow, cough, throat ache, sometimes headache, possible but not necessarily, fever for a few days. The virus infects people by cough, sneeze and shaking hands. The virus appears in the body through mouth and nose and place on the respiration system. Thus, it circulates the body.</p>



<p>       The deaths are seen as a result of diseases like pneumonitis. As a result of pneumonitis, the liquid in livers prevents inhalation and causes deaths. Sometimes, the virus places on the circulatory system. This causes a lack of oxygen for the blood circulation. Finally, multiple organ failure causes death. <strong>So what can we do to protect ourselves against the virus?</strong></p>

<p>       The virus infects not to air but to surfaces. It lives on metals for <strong>12 hours.</strong> For this reason, wash your hands with <strong>soap</strong> for <strong>20 seconds</strong>. Also, it is enough to use <strong>cologne</strong> with <strong>70-80</strong> <strong>degrees of alcohol.</strong> Cologne kills the virus. While sneezing,  sneeze to the inside of your elbow. Always clean your hands. Do not touch your face, eyes, and nose without washing your hands. If you are cold use mask. If you approach someone closer than one meter, and if s/he is ill, and if you <strong>do not stay there longer than 15 minutes you will not have the risk of being ill. </strong>The mask is not recommended for healthy people. </p>



<p>           The mask will protect you unless you will stay with ill people in the same place closer to less than <strong>one meter longer than 15 minutes</strong>. <p>         It is very important to have a strong immune system for all kinds of infections. There are three ways of strengthening your immune system: </p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Do <strong>physical exercises </strong>regularly.</li><li><strong>Sleep well</strong>. Sleeping little decreases the power of your cells which fights with viruses.</li><li>A <strong>balanced diet</strong> is important. You should have a diet with carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Eat vegetables and fruits. In this way, your body will take sufficient vitamins. Eat natural Vitamin C. Drink a glass of water with sliced lemon in it. If you have a balanced diet you do not need extra supplement vitamins. </li></ul>



<p>          In order to protect yourself against the virus, in a crowded place, bow your head and do not exhale to each other. When the virus gets heated, it goes up to the ceiling. Hold only one place if you are in a crowded place. The viruses will colonize on you if you stay in an environment with viruses for more than an hour.</p>

<p><strong>CURE FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND LIVER CLEANER:</strong></p>



<p>Half bunch of celery stalk</p>



<p>Half bunch of parsley</p>



<p>Half of the white cabbage</p>



<p>Put celery stalk, parsley, and white cabbage in a fruit press. Get their water and drink 2-3 cups in a day. </p>



<p><strong>GARLIC TEA:</strong></p>



<p>2 glasses of water</p>



<p>2-3 pieces of fresh ginger</p>



<p>2-3 cloves of garlic</p>



<p>1 lemon</p>



<p>1 dessert spoon of honey</p>



<p>Cut gingers. Boil gingers for 5-6 minutes. Crush garlic and add it to boiling water. Add lemon in it. When it cools, add honey and drink it in a day.</p>



<p><strong>LINSEED CURE:</strong></p>



<p>1 dessert spoon of linseed</p>



<p>1 bowl of yogurt</p>



<p>Put linseed in a bowl of yogurt and mix them. Eat it half an hour ago before meals. This is good for intestinal activity.</p>



<p><strong>WEIGHT LOSS TEA:</strong></p>



<p> A piece  big of fresh ginger</p>



<p>A lemon juice</p>



<p>3-4 cloves of garlic</p>



<p>1 dessert spoon of hot chili pepper</p>



<p>Crush garlic. Boil ginger. Add garlic, hot chili pepper, and lemon juice. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Drink it in a day.</p>

<p>Roast coffee bean, cardamom, and hot chili pepper. Eat it before meals. It is an appetite suppressant. In a month you will feel the difference.</p>



<p><strong>INTESTINAL ACTIVITY TEA:</strong></p>



<p>1 dessert spoon of thyme</p>



<p>1 dessert spoon of green tea</p>



<p>Half of dessert spoon of brier leaves</p>



<p>1 teaspoon of mate</p>



<p>A pinch of rosemary</p>



<p>Mix all of them. Put boiling water on it and wait for 5 minutes. Drink it in a day. Do it every day fresh. This tea will hasten your metabolic rate.</p>

<p>Boil pumpkin. Mix and rondo pumpkin, garlic, hot pepper. Add lemon and olive oil. You can keep it in the fridge.  </p>

<p><strong>NATURAL RASH OIL FOR YOUR BABY:</strong></p>
<p>1 spoon of sweet almond oil</p>
<p>1 spoon of jojoba oil</p>
<p>Mix almond oil and jojoba oil. Apply it on nappy rash. </p>
<p><strong>OIL CURE FOR NAPPY RASH:</strong></p>
<p>1 spoon of rose oil</p>
<p>1 spoon of avocado oil</p>
<p>Mix rose oil and avocado oil and apply it on a nappy rash.</p>
<p>And also, apply starch on nappy rash it will cure it immediately.</p>
<p><strong>LAXATIVE TEA FOR CHILDREN:</strong></p>
<p>1 piece of cascara</p>
<p>1 pinch of fennel</p>
<p>A cup of boiling water</p>
<p>Put cascara and fennel in a cup and add boiling water on them. Brew it for 5 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>FEVER REDUCER TEA:</strong></p>
<p>A pinch of mint</p>
<p>A pinch of saffron</p>
<p>A pinch of rose leaves</p>
<p>2-3 drops of lemon juice</p>
<p>Put mint, saffron and rose leaves. Add boiling water on them and brew it for 5 minutes. Before drinking add lemon juice.</p>

<p><strong>RASH OIL FOR YOUR BABY:</strong></p>
<p>30 drops of wheat germ oil</p>
<p>20 drops of safflower</p>
<p>20 drops of calendula oil</p>
<p>20 drops of apricot kernel oil</p>
<p>10 drops of rosehip seed oil</p>
<p>30 drops of lavender oil</p>
<p>10 drops of tea tree oil</p>
<p>Mix all the oils and store it in a jar. Apply it on a nappy rash.</p>
<p><strong>NATURAL COUGH SYRUP FOR CHILDREN:</strong></p>
<p>1 onion</p>
<p>Enough brown sugar</p>
<p>Grate onion and mix with enough water. Add boiling water on them. Mix them. Drench the syrup after meals three times a day.</p>
<p><strong>ORGANIC CHEST BALM FOR CHILDREN:</strong></p>
<p>30 mg. coconut oil ( solid-state)</p>
<p>2 drops of eucalyptus oil</p>
<p>2 drops of lemon oil</p>
<p>2 drops of English mint oil</p>
<p>2 drops of basil oil</p>
<p>Add eucalyptus oil, lemon oil, English mint oil, and basil oil in coconut oil. Mix them well. Apply it on the chest of your child.</p>

<p><strong>NATURAL ACNE CREAM FOR YOUR CHILDREN:</strong></p>
<p>1 spoon of baking powder</p>
<p>A few drops of rose water</p>
<p>Mix them and apply it on acne.</p>
<p><strong>ANTIFLATULENT TEA FOR CHILDREN:</strong></p>
<p>2 teaspoon of linden</p>
<p>1 teaspoon of fennel</p>
<p>2 teaspoon of daisy</p>
<p>1 teaspoon of mint</p>
<p>Brew them in hot water. This tea is very good antiflatulent. </p>
<p>Also, <strong>cumin</strong> is very good antiflatulent. If you are a <strong>nursing mother</strong>, after meals boil a dessert spoon of cumin in a cup of water and drink it, you can do it three times a day after meals. You will feel the difference in your baby.</p>
<p><strong>SLEEPING TEA FOR BABIES:</strong> </p>
<p>1 dried cherry or </p>
<p>4-5 pieces of dried cranberry</p>
<p>1/2 dessert spoon of aniseed</p>
<p>4-5 pieces of daisy</p>
<p>2-3 pieces of melissa</p>
<p>Brew them in hot water for 5 minutes. Give this tea when it is warm at night. Your baby will sleep well during the night.</p>

<p>2 dessert spoons of tamarind</p>
<p>2 dessert spoons of carob syrup</p>
<p>2 dessert spoons of pot marigold</p>
<p>2 dessert spoons of hibiscus</p>
<p>Mix tamarind, carob syrup, pot marigold, and hibiscus. Add hot water to them. Brew for 5-10 minutes. This tea is very effective for constipation. Also, it is good for children to drink a spoon of pure olive oil in the morning before breakfast.</p>
<p><strong>RASH CREAM FOR BABIES:</strong></p>
<p>10 drops of lavender oil</p>
<p>12 spoons of shea butter</p>
<p>6 spoons of sweet almond oil</p>
<p>6 spoons of coconut oil</p>
<p>Mix all the oils and butter. Heat them. Leave it cool and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour.  Then mix it with mixer. Your rash cream is ready.</p>
<p><strong>ORGANIC</strong> <strong>HAND  DISINFECTANT:</strong></p>
<p>1/4 glass of aloe vera gel</p>
<p>1/4 glass of ethanol</p>
<p>10 drops of lavender oil</p>
<p>10 drops of food coloring</p>
<p>Mix aloe vera gel, ethanol, lavender oil, and food coloring. Mix them well. Put it in a jar. You can use this organic disinfectant with inner peace.</p>
<p><strong>NATURAL BABY SHAMPOO:</strong></p>

<p>Mix water, natural olive oil, lavender oil, and sweet almond oil. Grate natural olive soap and add 1 cup of grated natural olive soap. Mix them well. Put it in a glass jar. Your baby shampoo is ready.
