<p><strong> INGREDIENTS: </strong></p>
<p>700 Gr. salmon fillet</p>
<p>2 Table spoon of fresh ginger</p>
<p>1 Egg</p>
<p>2  Pearl onion</p>
<p>Red pepper</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Black Pepper</p>
<p>FOR SAUCE:</p>
<p>2 Green onion</p>
<p>1/2 lime</p>
<p>1/2 water glass of light mayonnaise</p>
<p>1 dessert table of sesame oil</p>
<p><strong>       DIRECTIONS: </strong></p>
<p>Mix salmon fillet, fresh ginger, egg, pearl onion, red pepper, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Make 8 meatballs with 2.5 width. Ply it well. Put the meatballs in a defreeze for 20 minutes. Heat a big pan on a high temperature. Cook two sides 4-6 minutes. Mix onion, lime, mayonnaise and sesame oil in a bowl. Serve it with lemon and mayonnaise with sesame.
