<p><strong> Ingredients:  </strong></p>
<p>500 gr. salmon fillet</p>
<p>1/2 water glass of bread crumbs</p>
<p>1 egg</p>
<p>1/2 bunch of coriander</p>
<p>1 mango</p>
<p>1 red onion</p>
<p>1 clove of garlic</p>
<p>1/2 lemon juice</p>
<p>Greenery</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Pepper</p>
<p><strong> Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Grind garlic, salmon and half of onion  with blender. Add bread crumbs, egg and half of the coriander in it. Put salt and pepper and shape 6 meatballs. Rest the meatballs in the fridge for 30 minutes. For its sauce mix lemon juice and the other halves of onion and coriander. Heat the saucepan and put lemonjuice in it. Cook the meatballs. Take the meatballs on service plate  and add the sauce with mango. Service it with greenery.
