<p><strong>1.DAY</strong></p>
<p><strong>Morning:</strong></p>
<p>• 1 cup &#8211; freshly squeezed grape fruit juice</p>
<p>• 1 cup unsweetened coffee or tea</p>
<p>• White cheese on toast (to be prepared with 1 teaspoon of butter)</p>
<p><strong>After 2 hours:</strong></p>
<p>• 1 medium-sized fruit you want (except bananas)</p>
<p><strong>Lunch: </strong></p>
<p>• A cup of coffee or tea without sugar</p>
<p>• 3 tablespoons of tuna</p>
<p>• Prepared with 1 slice of toast (be lean)</p>
<p><strong>After 2 hours:</strong></p>
<p>• 1 cup milk (nonfat )</p>
<p><strong>Evening: </strong></p>
<p>• 1 cup grapefruit juice or optionally coffee, tea (no sugar will be)</p>
<p>• 2 pieces of grilled chicken, made in part</p>
<p><strong>After 2 hours:</strong></p>

<p>• Two tablespoons of ice cream for dessert</p>

<p>• 1 cup of coffee or tea</p>
<p>• 1 oatmeal biscuits</p>
<p>• 1 apple</p>
<p>• 1 non-fat feta cheese</p>
<p><strong>After 2 hours:</strong></p>
<p>• 1 cup skim milk</p>
<p><strong>Lunch: </strong></p>
<p>• 1 egg still been</p>
<p>• 2 slices of bread toast prepared with fat-free</p>
<p>• 1 cup water</p>
<p><strong>After 2 hours:</strong></p>
<p>• Fruit as desired</p>
<p><strong>Evening: </strong></p>
<p>• 1 cup &#8211; freshly squeezed grape fruit juice</p>
<p>• 1 serving of skim tuna with lemon</p>
<p>• 1 slice of watermelon</p>
<p>• 1 small bowl of boiled cauliflower</p>
