Per Serving:4 people

 Ingredients:  250 gr. purslane

500,gr. shrimp

1,5 water glass of yogurt

4 clove of garlic

1 lemon

White pepper

Salt

Directions:  Put the shrimps in hot water and add lemon juice in it. Boil the shrimps        Mince the garlics. Whisk the yogurt and add garlic, purslane, pepper, salt and shrimps in it. Bon Appetit!

PER SERVING: 4 people

INGREDIENTS: 

250 Gr. purslane

500 Gr, shrimp

1,5 Water glass of yogurt

4 clove of garlic

1 lemon

White pepper

Salt

 DIRECTIONS:

Boil the shrimps with a lemon. Cut the garlics into small pieces and mix them with yogurt, salt and white pepper. Cut purslane into small pieces and mix them with yogurt. Put shrimps in this mixture and service them. Bon Appetit!
