                            Per Serving: 6 people

                            Ingredients: 

4 pieces of salmon fillet

1/4 dill

200 gr. cream cheese

1 water glass of cream

1/2 water glass of mayonnaise

1 cup of white wine

2 table spoon of flour

2 table spoon of lemon juice

1 clove of garlic

Red pepper flakes

Salt

Pepper

                        Directions: 

Mix cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, cheese, onion, garlic, white wine, dill, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Put the salmons in the oven tray. Put the mixture on the salmons. Cover the tray with foil paper. Cook it on 180’C for 20 minutes. Put the sauce on salmons and service it with  dill. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:  

8 pieces of puff pastry

1 package of bitter chocolate

1 package of powdered sugar

 Directions: 

Rest puff pastry in room temperature for 10 minutes. Flap the puff pastry in a shape of triangle and cut them in this shape. Open the triangle puff pastry. Put bitter chocolate in the  puff pastry and flap the triangle puff pastry.Cook the puff pastry  in 190’C oven as long as the puff pastry got red. Put powdered sugar on them after taking out from the oven. Bon Appetite!
