fuit           Dried Fruits are very benficial for health of people. Especially pistachio and sunflower seed to redouble the fine cholesterol. And this prevents atherosclerosis which causes heart attack and cerebral hemorrhage. But if you consume excessive dried fruit this will cause getting high calories. For his reason you should eat a handful dried fruits every day.Here are some benefits of dried fruits:

             NUTS contains crome which balances the sugar blood.It strengthens the body and helps problems of menopause and tension. It reduces cholesterol and risk of heart attack.It contains calcium which strengthens bones and tooth. Nut has 1-3% of fibre so it cures constipation. It also contains iron minerals so it helps forming ed blood cells and prevents anemia and disorder of the digestive system. And also it has effect of aphrodisiac which increases sexual  performance.

Homemade cat food recipe : Chicken and Pasta Stew

Cat Food recipe ingredients

  • 2 packages ground chicken (or turkey)
  • 2-3 small carrots, cooked
  • 2-3 cups macaroni(Cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Garlic

Cat food Recipe Directions:

Boil the macaroni until tender. Cook up the chicken in a frying pan. Mix everything together in food processor. Add the oil and the carlic. Mix well.

Homemade cat food recipe : Chicken and Sardines

Cat Food Recipe Ingredients;

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil
  • ¼ cup whole grain bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ tsp brewer’s yeast
  • 2 cooked chicken drumsticks, bones removed

Cat Food Recipe Directions:

Drain the sardines, reserving the olive oil, and mash. Mix in the bread crumbs, egg and yeast to an even, gooney consistency. Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly in the mixture. Heat the reserved olive oil in a frying pan then add the coated drumsticks and fry.  Turning frequently, until brown. Remove from the heat, and cool before serving.

Tomato Relish

Feature veggie tomato

INGREDIENTS :

  1. 5 kg Ripe Tomatoes
  2. 500gm Onions
  3. 2 tbls salt
  4. 2 cups Brown malt vinegar
  5. 1kg Sugar or less 750-800gm
  6. 1 tbls Corn Flour
  7. 1 tbls Curry Powder
  8. ½ tbls mustard 

METHOD:

Cut up tomatoes and onions, sprinkle salt and soak overnight. Next morning bring to the boil cook for 15 minutes, add vinegar and sugar.
Cook for 45 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add paste cook another 10-15 minutes.

Panettone Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 50g butter, softened( optional)
  • 250 g panettone (About 5 medium slices)
  • 2 eggs
  • 142ml cream
  • 225ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • Icing sugar, for sprinkling
  • Softly whipped cream, to serve

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and grease a 850ml shallow baking dish with a little butter.
  2. Cut the Panettone into wedges, leaving the crusts on.
  3. Butter the slices lightly with the rest of the butter. Cut the slices in half and arrange them in the dish, buttered side up.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla extract and sugar and pour evenly over the Panettone.
  5. Put the dish in a roasting tin and pour hot water around it to a depth of about 2.5cm
  6. Bake for 35 minutes until the pudding is just set- it should be yellow inside and nicely browned on top.
  7. Dust with icing sugar and serve with spoonfuls of whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar for dusting ( I use a sifter to distribute the powder evenly)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the batter alternately with the milk. If the batter is too stiff, a tablespoon or two of milk may be added.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack, then turn out into a serving plate. Dust with confectioners’ sugar right before serving.

 

**This simple cake is one of my very favorite recipes year round. I serve it for dessert with fresh fruit or a whiskey sauce, have leftovers for breakfast with fruit and tea, and take it to potlucks with a variety of toppings. You will never go wrong serving this.
